It is important that students are writing everyday. The best way to start this is with journaling. Below are some prompts and ideas students can select from to write about. After getting their ideas down, we encourage them to draw a picture to go along with their writing.

Another important area of writing is students ability to sounds out words and apply foundational skills and strategies as they write. Below we will link a few word games students can use to practice their sight words as well applying the skills and strategeties we discuss in class!
